Dr. Brandi Holmes
Dr. Brandi Holmes, NMD has a passion for bringing a holistic approach to sports medicine and rehabilitation. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Kinesiology and Cellular and Molecular Biology at San Diego State University in San Diego California. She worked for a physical therapy clinic for 5 years in which she learned how to implement several rehabilitative interventions including functional
movement regimens, aquatic therapy, Pilates, and exercise therapy.
She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University California. There she further enhanced her knowledge of individual clinical assessment and natural treatments for various musculoskeletal conditions. She's volunteered at numerous sporting events providing physical medicine to athletes. Recognizing the importance of whole-body health and body optimization, her other clinical interests include women’s health, gastrointestinal disorders, thyroid disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. She studied applied kinesiology and holds several certifications in Kinesiotaping, nutrition, craniosacral therapy, soft tissue manipulation, perineurial therapy, visceral therapy, IV therapy, and more. In addition, she’s taken multiple seminars, bootcamps, and courses focused on women’s health, gut health, and neurodegenerative disorders.
In her free time, she loves to read, write, paint, garden, run trails with her dog, and cook.
