Debye
I am passionate about working with people to create and maintain holistic health for their body, mind and spirit. The body has an innate intelligence that supports overall health. In our work together, we tap into that intelligence using intuition and a variety of tools. I have been trained in dozens of different massage and body modalities and continue to add to that base every year. More tools in the tool box!
Dr. Brandi Holmes
Dr. Brandi Holmes, NMD has a passion for bringing a holistic approach to sports medicine and rehabilitation. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Kinesiology and Cellular and Molecular Biology at San Diego State University in San Diego California. She worked for a physical therapy clinic for 5 years in which she learned how to implement several rehabilitative interventions including functional movement regimens, aquatic therapy, Pilates, and exercise therapy.
Ruth Hale, IBCLC
Ruth Hale is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), doula, and founder of Birth to Breast and a lactation consultant with the San Diego Breastfeeding Center. She’s been supporting families in lactation since 2019, helping parents feel more prepared, less overwhelmed, and actually confident going into feeding their baby. Ruth specializes in the three latches (breast/chest, flange, and bottle) and realistic care plans. When she was a postpartum doula she would often see parents overwhelmed by unrealistic care plans. This led her to understanding lactation as in depth possible because this in-depth understanding allows her to see a pathway to improving lactation challenges in manageable steps. Whether you’re planning to breastfeed/chestfeed, pump, combo feed, or just figuring it all out, she can help you meet your goals.
